Superior Taste
Our Forest Blend coffee benefits from the unique microclimate of a dense forest canopy, which naturally moderates temperatures. This slower growth process allows the coffee cherries to mature at a gradual pace, resulting in denser beans packed with complex and incredible flavors. Experience the distinct richness that only forest-grown coffee can offer, with each sip bringing a burst of exceptional taste.
Water Management
Water is a critical and precious resource, we take every measure to protect it. Our forest-grown coffee thrives naturally without the need for artificial irrigation, as the forest's ecosystem manages moisture efficiently. By choosing dry and honey processing methods, we significantly reduce water usage—up to six times less than traditional washed processes. This commitment not only preserves the natural water reserves but also highlights the dedication to sustainable farming practices. Enjoy our coffee, knowing it supports conservation efforts and minimises environmental impact.

We roast our coffee only upon receiving your order, ensuring that it arrives exceptionally fresh. If you have any questions about our roasting process or how to get the best flavour from your coffee, please feel free to contact us directly.
We recommend storing your coffee in an airtight container to preserve freshness and flavour. Keep your coffee away from oxygen, moisture, sunlight, and strong odours, as these can cause the beans to stale and become rancid. Here are some additional tips:
- Avoid Sunlight and Moisture: Store your coffee in a cool, dark, and dry place.
- Avoid Strong Odours: Coffee is porous and can absorb flavours, so avoid storing it near pungent foods or in the refrigerator.
- Freezing: You can freeze coffee to extend its freshness, but always grind it at room temperature to optimise grinding.
- Grinding: For the best flavour, grind coffee fresh and keep beans whole until use.
These practices will help you maintain the best flavour and quality of your coffee over time.
